PropTech

PropTech Built Around Real Estate Operations

Progressive Solutions connects AI customer engagement, lead qualification, CRM workflows, property operations and business automation into one connected PropTech architecture.

Definition

What PropTech actually means

PropTech — property technology — is the set of software, data and automation used to run real estate businesses: marketing and enquiry capture, sales and leasing, customer engagement, transactions, and property and facility operations.

Most real estate businesses already own PropTech: a CRM, a portal subscription, an ad account, a property management system, a phone system and a set of spreadsheets. The problem is rarely a missing tool. It is that the tools do not talk to each other, and people spend their day moving information between them.

The next generation of PropTech is therefore less about new dashboards and more about the connective layer: capturing what a customer said, turning it into structured data, and driving the next action in systems the business already uses.

AI in PropTech

Where AI genuinely fits

AI is useful in PropTech where language, volume and speed meet: understanding an enquiry, qualifying it, summarising a call, and deciding the next workflow step.

An AI agent that only talks produces a transcript. That is not an operational outcome. The value appears when the conversation updates a record, assigns an owner, starts an SLA timer and schedules a follow-up — and when a human can take over at any point with full context.

An AI agent talks. Progressive Solutions moves the workflow.

Our approach

The Progressive Solutions PropTech layers

Customer engagement

Enquiries arrive from portals, ads, websites, WhatsApp and phone. The engagement layer responds in the customer's language, at the moment of interest, without waiting for an available agent.

Lead qualification

Budget, location, property requirement, intent and timeframe are captured as structured data rather than free-text notes, so the next step can be automated.

AI voice

Calls are answered, understood and summarised. Voice becomes a data source for the CRM rather than an isolated conversation.

CRM connectivity

Every qualified enquiry is written into the CRM already in use, with the fields sales teams rely on, instead of a parallel system nobody maintains.

Workflow automation

Assignment, viewing scheduling, document requests and internal handoffs are executed as workflow steps with owners and deadlines.

Property operations

Tenant requests, maintenance, renewals and recurring property tasks are routed and tracked in the same operating layer.

Lead conversion

Follow-up runs on a schedule with SLA tracking, so opportunities progress instead of ageing in an inbox.

Human escalation

Anything sensitive, high value or ambiguous is escalated to a person with full context attached. Automation stops where judgement starts.
